Treasuralt helps families and organisations track assets, receipts, and warranty expiry dates. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Who we are

Treasuralt is operated as an independent software product. For privacy enquiries contact support@treasuralt.com.

Data we collect

Asset details	Name, location, purchase info, serial numbers, notes
Photos & files	Asset photos, receipt images, PDFs, attachments
Warranty dates	Expiry tracking and email reminders

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

How data is stored

• Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL + private file storage).
• Files are in a private bucket — only authenticated account members can access them.
• Row-level security limits access to your account's data only.

Email reminders

If enabled, we email the account owner when warranties are approaching expiry (30, 7, and 1 day before), via our transactional email provider.

Data retention & deletion

Your data remains until you delete it or delete your account. Delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account in the app, or email support@treasuralt.com.

Children

Treasuralt is not directed at children under 13.

Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, authenticated API access, and database row-level security.
